Bhaj Govindam Verse 28

आदि गुरु शंकराचार्य

 

 Verse 28

गेयं गीता नाम सहस्रं
ध्येयं श्रीपति रूपम्-अजस्रम् ।
नेयं सज्जन संगे चित्तं
       देयं दीनजनाय च वित्तम् ॥ २८ ॥

geyam giitaa naama sahasram
dhyeyam shriipati ruupamajasram

neyam sajjana sange chittam
deyam diinajanaaya cha vittam

  

Regularly recite from the Bhagavad-Gita, 

meditate on Vishnu in your heart, 

and chant His thousand glories. 

Take delight to be with the noble and the holy. 

Distribute your wealth in charity to the poor and the needy.
